Dashboard
After you log in to the club admin console, the Dashboard opens by default and gives you an overview of your club's business. The page is for viewing only and automatically loads the latest data when you open it.
To-do alerts
When there are orders that need handling, alerts appear at the top of the page:
- There are currently N orders pending acceptance that need attention (当前有 N 笔待接单订单需要关注)
- There are currently N disputed orders that need handling (当前有 N 笔纠纷订单需要处理)
Key metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Today's Orders (今日订单) | The number of orders created today, with the rise or fall compared with yesterday |
| Today's Income (今日收入) | The total of the club's share of orders created today and completed, that is, in Pending Review (待评价) or Reviewed (已评价); this is not the order turnover. Also shows the rise or fall compared with yesterday |
| Players (打手) | The total number of players in the club |
| Pending Acceptance (待接单) | The number of orders currently pending acceptance, which should be handled as soon as possible |
Charts and lists
- 7-Day Order Trend (近 7 日订单趋势): the number of orders placed each day; hover to see that day's order count and income.
- Order Status Distribution (订单状态分布): the share of all orders in each status.
- Recent Orders (最近订单): the latest 8 orders, excluding those in Pending Payment (待支付), showing the WeChat order number, user, player, amount, status and time.
- Player Order Ranking (打手接单排名): the top 5 players ranked by the number of completed orders.
